Question: Where are the best treatment centers for hiv/aids in the united states?

I'm working on a paper that would argue that population increases in places such as San Francisco and Washington, D.C. are not due to increases in diagnoses but rather a combination of people with HIV/ AIDS living longer and people moving to areas that have better treatment centers. For this, I need to find the best treatment centers in the United States and compare them to the statistics on the populations of people with HIV/ AIDS. If anyone could direct me to the best treatment centers or a list of such, I would be very grateful!

The earliest cases of HIV/ AIDS were discovered at San Francisco General Hospital in the 1980's. To this day San Francisco General Hospital has the world's leading HIV/ AIDS treatment and research center.
