Question: Know of any rehab centers?

I know for most rehab centers you have to have the person consent to going, but I have heard of some where you can kind of in a way force help onto someone. If you have any information on these centers please let me know.

If they are an immediate danger to themselves or others or can no longer care for their basic needs (eating, bathing)---any psych hospital can hold them for 3 days... otherwise they would have to be declared incompetent by a court to be signed in by a guardian..a court can also order rehab if there has been a criminal charge
