Just because an organization uses technology developed by the Founder of Scientology to help people does not make it religious in nature. That's like saying that courts can't order you to any AA rehab since Alcoholics Anonymous is sponsored by and is a Christian program. That would be illogical. No Church of Scientology runs a rehab. edit: Themadprofessor Not all rehab programs have psychologists. The psychologists are the first to admit they have no cures. |

It would only be beneficial, why not. Maybe it will help them see the facts. |

NO, because Scientologists are swindlers of cash who make use of the US's lack of legislation to prevent religions and cults swindling the vulnerable, it disgusts me, freedom to commit theft if you ask me. It also disgusts me that a government agency can endorse a cult that is enthusiastic about disconnection of families |

I am not a Christian, but I do not think Courts should force people to attend anything run by a religious or cult institution. The government of the United States of America is committed to not preferring one religion or set of beliefs over another, and this extended to court ordered rehab programs. |

Considering that Scientology completely rejects traditional psychological treatment, I'd seriously question the benefits of any rehab program they sponsored. |

Well, I'm not a xtian either but I do enjoy boxing on PPV. I say yes. Yes they should. But only if it is televised on PPV and all proceeds put toward stronger social safety nets and education/ abuse prevention so it isn't so much of an issue in the future. Besides, there's not much that amuses me more than seeing a xtian type go completely batso when their beliefs are challenged or disregarded in the same manner they disregard the beliefs of others. Kind of sensitive little things that way. |

Why is a Christian using drugs and abusing alcohol? Not very Christian. Narconon is actually pretty effective, better than all the rehabs that do crap to get people off that garbage. |
